AMEND lines 36 and 37 by striking "The registrant shall pay an annual fee of Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) for each * * * pesticide registered." and inserting in lieu thereof the following:
The registrant shall pay an annual registration fee of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) for each unrestricted pesticide and Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) for each restricted pesticide requiring a certified applicator license to apply.
