AMEND by inserting after line 130 the following, relettering subsequent paragraphs:

(f) Study the effect of taxes, whether state, local or federal, on women and what percentage of women's income goes to pay such taxes, and include in its report to the Governor and Legislature what effect on women would be had were such taxes to be reduced.
