AMEND BY INSERTING THE FOLLOWING NEW SECTION AFTER LINE 152:
SECTION 5. The purpose of the Commission on the Status on Women shall be advisory with respect to legislation and regulation and shall not conflict with or supplement state or federal laws or regulations or provide a cause of action relating to any matter contained herein.
