AMEND line 1018 by striking the words "distinctive tags" and insert in lieu thereof "The first distinctive tag"
AMEND line 1021 by placing the following after the period:
There shall be no exemption from ad valorem taxes, privilege taxes or other taxes and fees for the issuance of a second distinctive tag to Purple Heart Medal recipients.
AMEND line 1024 by placing the following after the word "retain":
one (1)
AMEND line 1025 by striking "one (1)".
AMEND line 2809 by striking "Motor vehicles" and insert in lieu thereof:
One (1) motor vehicle
FURTHER AMEND line 2809 by striking "recipients" and insert in lieu thereof:
a recipient
AMEND line 20 of the title by inserting the following after the semicolon:
TO AUTHORIZE THE ISSUANCE OF ONE ADDITIONAL DISTINCTIVE LICENSE TAG TO RECIPIENTS OF THE PURPLE HEART MEDAL; TO PROVIDE THAT THERE SHALL BE NO EXEMPTION FROM AD VALOREM TAXES, PRIVILEGE TAXES AND OTHER TAXES AND FEES FOR SUCH ADDITIONAL DISTINCTIVE TAG;
