The county executive committee shall notify the State Executive Committee and the Secretary of State of the existence of such agreement.
FURTHER, AMEND by inserting the following after the period on lines 88, 133, 174, 241, 287 and 340:
The municipal executive committee shall notify the State Executive Committee and the Secretary of State of the existence of such agreement.
