(5) Effective July 1, 2001, all employees of the Division of Children and Youth Services of the Mississippi Department of Mental Health shall be transferred to the Mississippi Department of Children's Affairs. Child services and staff administered by the Division of Children and Youth Services to be transferred shall include the following programs, regardless of funding source: children and youth mental health programs which are operated by community mental health/retardation centers, intensive therapeutic foster care programs, respite services, family support services, family education services, crisis intervention center services for children, multi-disciplinary assessment and planning (MAP) team services for children, but not including the administration of any group homes or residential programs operated by the state hospitals.
