SECTION *. On or before the tenth day of each month, the Mississippi State Health Department shall compile a list showing the name and address of each person shown as a parent on the birth certificate of any child filed with the department during the preceding month under the following circumstances: the parents are not married to each other, the mother was less than sixteen (16) years of age at the time of the birth and the father was at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of the birth. The department shall furnish the report to every district attorney and to the county attorney of every county having a county attorney.

TO REQUIRE THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT TO PROVIDE NOTIFICATION OF CERTAIN ILLEGITIMATE BIRTHS TO MOTHERS UNDER THE AGE OF CONSENT;
