AMEND by striking all underlined language on line 43 through the period on line 44 and substituting in lieu thereof the following:

and to require nonrenewal decisions to be based upon valid educational reasons or noncompliance with school district personnel policies.

FURTHER, amend by striking all underlined language on lines 189 through 191 and substituting in lieu thereof the following:

is based upon a valid educational reason or noncompliance with school district personnel policies and is based solely upon the evidence presented at the hearing,

FURTHER, amend the title and the short title to conform.
