AMEND on line 105 by inserting the following language after the period: "From and after July 1, 2001, the project described in this subparagraph (i) shall be expanded to include the construction by the Mississippi Department of Transportation of an exit and crossover on that portion of Mississippi Highway 25 in Winston County between the Mississippi Highway 15/25 Bypass around the City of Louisville and that portion of Business Route Highway 15 in order to provide access to the existing businesses."

AMEND FURTHER the title on line 8 by inserting the following language after the semicolon: "TO PROVIDE THAT THE MISSISSIPPI DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION SHALL CONSTRUCT AN EXIT AND CROSSOVER ON A PORTION OF MISSISSIPPI HIGHWAY 25 IN WINSTON COUNTY;"
