Senate Bill NO. 2265

AMEND by striking lines 51 through 59 in their entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the following language:

"(4) If the Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks, acting through the Department of Finance and Administration, sells and conveys the real property described in subsection (1) of this section to the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Post 9122, then the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Post 9122, or any successor in interest, shall not establish, operate or maintain, within twenty-five (25) years after the effective date of this act, any weapons firing range or shooting range on the property or any courses or trails for the use of all-terrain vehicles on the property."
