AMEND on line 155 by striking "SECTION 5." and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

"SECTION 5. Section 37-11-54, Mississippi Code of 1972, as created by Senate Bill No. 2390, 2001 Regular Session, is amended as follows:

37-11-54."

AMEND FURTHER on lines 155 and 156 by underlining, after the word "Education", the phrase ", using only existing staff and resources,".

AMEND FURTHER by underlining line 172 in its entirety.
