AMEND on lines 188 and 189 by striking the language ""habitually disruptive student" means a student who has caused" and by inserting in lieu thereof the following: ""habitually disruptive" refers to such actions of a student which cause".

AMEND FURTHER on line 191 by striking the language "because of" and inserting in lieu thereof "and to".

AMEND FURTHER on line 194 by striking the word "declared" and inserting in lieu thereof "considered".

AMEND FURTHER on line 195 by striking the language "a habitually disruptive student" and inserting in lieu thereof "habitually disruptive".

AMEND FURTHER on line 201 by striking the word "a" and inserting in lieu thereof "deemed".

AMEND FURTHER on line 202 by striking the word "student" and inserting in lieu thereof "and".
