AMEND on line 42 by inserting after the word "voice" the language "or facsimile".

AMEND FURTHER by inserting the following new section after line 220 and by renumbering all succeeding sections accordingly:

SECTION 18. Sections 1 through 18 of this act shall be repealed on July 1, 2002.

AMEND FURTHER on line 221 by striking the number "17" and inserting in lieu thereof the number "18".
