AMEND by striking the underlined language on lines 26 and 27 and inserting the following in lieu thereof: "However, a county, municipality, sheriff's department or the Department of Public Safety shall not be required to keep,".

AMEND FURTHER, the title, by striking the language on line 2 beginning with the word "OR" through the end of the line and inserting the following in lieu thereof: ", SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT OR THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY".
