AMEND by deleting lines 621 through 626 and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

"SECTION 11. Section 41-3-20, Mississippi Code of 1972, which is a repealer on the statutes creating the State Board of Health and the State Department of Health and prescribing their powers and duties, is repealed."

AMEND FURTHER the title by deleting the language beginning after the semicolon on line 4 through the semicolon on line 7 and inserting in lieu thereof the following: "TO REPEAL SECTION 41-3-20, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, WHICH IS A REPEALER ON THE STATUTES CREATING THE STATE BOARD OF HEALTH AND THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND PRESCRIBING THEIR POWERS AND DUTIES;
