AMEND on lines 696 and 700 by inserting the words "treatment facility" after the word "residential"

AMEND FURTHER on line 697 by inserting the following language after the period: "As a condition of issuance of the certificate of need under this paragraph, the facility shall give priority in admissions to the child/adolescent psychiatric residential treatment facility beds authorized under this paragraph to patients who otherwise would require out-of-state placement."

AMEND FURTHER the title ON LINE 4 by inserting the following language after the semicolon: "TO REQUIRE THE FACILITY TO GIVE PRIORITY IN ADMISSIONS TO THOSE BEDS TO PATIENTS WHO OTHERWISE WOULD REQUIRE OUT-OF-STATE PLACEMENT;"
