AMEND on lines 43, 49, 54, 59, 65, 69 and 70, 73 and 74, 75, 79 and 80, 109, 149, 199, 202 and 203, 306 and 309 by striking the language "repair or renovation" and inserting in lieu thereof the language "repair, renovation or maintenance"

AMEND further on line 76 by inserting the following language after the period: "However, the expenditure of such funds for repair or renovation shall be subject to the approval of the Department of Finance and Administration."

AMEND further the title to conform.
