AMEND on line 60 by deleting the word "and"; and on line 65 by changing the period to a semicolon and inserting the word "and"; and by inserting the following new subparagraph (iii) after line 65:

"(iii) Any commercial establishment that is connected to a public water system if there are no hazardous materials used on the premises of the establishment."

AMEND FURTHER the title by inserting the following at the end of line 4: ", OR ANY COMMERCIAL ESTABLISHMENT THAT IS CONNECTED TO A PUBLIC WATER SYSTEM IF THERE ARE NO HAZARDOUS MATERIALS USED ON THE PREMISES OF THE ESTABLISHMENT,"
