House Bill NO. 692

AMEND on line 60 by deleting the word "and"; and on line 65 by changing the period to a semicolon; and by inserting the following new subparagraphs (iii) and (iv) after line 65:

"(iii) Any water fountain or cooler that is connected to a public water system and was professionally installed; and

(iv) Any fire sprinkler system that contains only water and no chemicals, that is connected to a public water system and was professionally installed."

AMEND FURTHER the title on lines 3 and 4 by deleting the words "OR SWIMMING POOL THAT IS LOCATED ON RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY AND" and inserting in lieu thereof the following: ", SWIMMING POOL, WATER FOUNTAIN OR COOLER, OR FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM CONTAINING ONLY WATER THAT"
