AMEND on lines 56 through 58 by deleting the words "is located on residential property for single family or multifamily use, is connected to a public water system, and was professionally installed on the property," and inserting in lieu thereof the words "is connected to a public water system and was professionally installed,"

AMEND FURTHER by deleting lines 61 through 65 and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

"(ii) Any below ground swimming pool that is connected to a public water system and was professionally installed, or any swimming pool that is connected to a public water system and has a fill line with an anti-siphon air gap."

AMEND FURTHER the title by deleting lines 2 through 4 and inserting in lieu thereof the following language: "TO PROVIDE THAT ANY PROFESSIONALLY INSTALLED LAWN SPRINKLER SYSTEM, LAWN IRRIGATION SYSTEM OR BELOW GROUND SWIMMING POOL THAT IS CONNECTED TO A PUBLIC WATER SYSTEM, OR ANY SWIMMING POOL THAT HAS A FILL LINE WITH AN ANTI-SIPHON AIR GAP,"
