House Bill NO. 515

By Representative(s) Committee

AMEND by deleting lines 11 through 15 and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

"SECTION 1. Section 81-1-54, Mississippi Code of 1972, which is a repealer on the statutes creating the Department of Banking and Consumer Finance and prescribing its duties and powers, is repealed."

AMEND FURTHER the title by deleting lines 1 through 3 and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

"AN ACT TO REPEAL SECTION 81-1-54, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, WHICH IS A REPEALER ON THE STATUTES CREATING THE DEPARTMENT OF BANKING AND CONSUMER FINANCE AND PRESCRIBING ITS"
