AMEND by deleting lines 852 through 856 and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

"SECTION 39. Section 81-13-77, Mississippi Code of 1972, which is a repealer on the statutes providing for the regulation of credit unions, is repealed."

AMEND FURTHER the title by deleting lines 1 through 5 and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

"AN ACT TO REENACT SECTIONS 81-13-1 THROUGH 81-13-75 AND SECTIONS 81-13-79 AND 81-13-81, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, WHICH PROVIDE FOR THE REGULATION OF CREDIT UNIONS; TO REPEAL SECTION 81-13-77, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, WHICH IS A REPEALER ON THE STATUTES PROVIDING FOR THE REGULATION OF CREDIT UNIONS; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES."
