AMEND on line 29 by deleting the words "programmable pump" and inserting in lieu thereof the words "programmable baclofin drug pump used to treat spasticity"

AMEND FURTHER on line 35 by deleting "2002" and inserting "2005"

AMEND FURTHER the title by deleting lines 2 through 5 and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

"TO SPECIFY AND LIMIT THE TYPE OF IMPLANTABLE PROGRAMMABLE PUMP FOR WHICH HOSPITALS WILL RECEIVE AN ADDITIONAL PAYMENT UNDER MEDICAID; TO EXTEND THE REPEAL DATE ON THE PROVISION AUTHORIZING THAT ADDITIONAL PAYMENT FROM JULY 1, 2001, TO JULY 1, 2005; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES."
