AMEND on line 267 by inserting the words "and amended" after the word "reenacted"

AMEND FURTHER on line 274 by inserting the words "and School" after the word "State"

AMEND FURTHER on line 282 by inserting the following language after the period: "The program also may cover other dental services including amalgam and composite restorations, extractions, space maintainers, stainless steel crowns, sealants, pulpotomies, pulpectomies, and treatment of periodontal disease. The program may exclude from participation in the program any health care providers who do not agree to hold the families of recipients harmless for charges in excess of plan payments for covered benefits."

AMEND FURTHER the title on line 6 by inserting the following after the semicolon: "TO AMEND REENACTED SECTION 41-86-17, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO SPECIFY CERTAIN DENTAL SERVICES THAT MAY BE INCLUDED IN THE CHILDREN'S HEALTH INSURANCE PROGRAM; TO PROVIDE THAT THE PROGRAM MAY EXCLUDE FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM ANY HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS WHO DO NOT AGREE TO HOLD THE FAMILIES OF RECIPIENTS HARMLESS FOR CHARGES IN EXCESS OF PLAN PAYMENTS FOR COVERED BENEFITS;
