AMEND on line 286 by inserting a period after the word "passage" and deleting the following language: ", and shall stand repealed on July 1, 2002."

AMEND FURTHER the title by deleting the language beginning with the word "TO" on line 7 through the end of line 8 and inserting in lieu thereof the following: "TO DELETE THE REPEALER ON THE CHILDREN'S HEALTH CARE ACT;"
