AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF PERRY COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONTRIBUTE FUNDS TO THE VETERANS MEMORIAL MUSEUM, INCORPORATED, OF LAUREL, MISSISSIPPI; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Perry County, Mississippi, in its discretion, is authorized to contribute up to a maximum amount of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) annually, from any available funds, during the calendar years 2001, 2002 and 2003, to the Veterans Memorial Museum, Incorporated, of Laurel, Mississippi.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
