AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY OF BALDWYN, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONTRIBUTE AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $35,000.00 ANNUALLY FOR FOUR YEARS TO THE CITY OF BALDWYN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE, OR ITS SUCCESSOR; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. The governing authorities of the City of Baldwyn, Mississippi, are authorized and empowered, in their discretion, to contribute an amount not to exceed Thirty-five Thousand Dollars ($35,000.00) annually for four (4) years to the City of Baldwyn Chamber of Commerce, or its successor.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
