AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF FORREST COUNTY TO CONTRIBUTE FUNDS TO THE GULF PINES GIRL SCOUT COUNCIL, INCORPORATED; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Forrest County, Mississippi, in its discretion, may contribute funds to the Gulf Pines Girl Scout Council, Incorporated, out of any available county funds, in an amount not to exceed Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00), during the 2001 calendar year.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
