AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF FORREST COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONTRIBUTE FUNDS TO THE FORREST COUNTY AGRICULTURAL HIGH SCHOOL; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Forrest County, Mississippi, in its discretion, may contribute funds to the Forrest County Agricultural High School, out of any available county funds, in an amount not to exceed Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00), during the 2001 calendar year.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
