AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF FORREST COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONTRIBUTE FUNDS TO THE PINEBELT ASSOCIATION FOR COMMUNITY ENHANCEMENT; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Forrest County, Mississippi, in its discretion, may contribute to the Pinebelt Association for Community Enhancement, out of any available funds, an amount not to exceed Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000.00), during the 2001 calendar year.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
