AN ACT TO REPEAL SECTION 73-7-63, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, WHICH IS THE AUTOMATIC REPEALER ON THOSE STATUTES WHICH CREATE THE STATE BOARD OF COSMETOLOGY AND PRESCRIBE ITS DUTIES AND POWERS; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. Section 73-7-63, Mississippi Code of 1972, which is the automatic repealer on those statutes which create the State Board of Cosmetology and prescribe its duties and powers, is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after July 1, 2001.
