House Bill 1707
AN ACT TO RESTORE THE RIGHT OF SUFFRAGE TO GERALD WAYNE PRICHARD OF LOWNDES COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
SECTION 1. The right of suffrage is hereby fully and completely restored to Gerald Wayne Prichard of Lowndes County, Mississippi, who was disqualified as an elector as a result of his conviction of worthless checks in Webster County, Mississippi, in 1993, and his conviction of false pretense in Lowndes County, Mississippi, in 1993, and who has completed the penalty and any conditions imposed upon him for such conviction. The Legislature has been reliably informed that he is now conducting himself as a law-abiding and honorable citizen in a good and lawful manner.
