AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF TALLAHATCHIE COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO USE ANY AVAILABLE FUNDS OF THE COUNTY AND DO ALL OTHER THINGS NECESSARY FOR THE PURPOSE OF REPAYING CERTAIN INDEBTEDNESS OF THE COUNTY; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Tallahatchie County, Mississippi, in its discretion, may use any available funds of the county, execute any documents and do any and all other things necessary to repay any indebtedness of the county evidenced by a promissory note dated May 19, 1999, and secured by a deed of trust recorded in Book 428, Page 22, in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of Tallahatchie County, Mississippi.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
