AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY OF BALDWYN, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONTRIBUTE FUNDS TO THE CITY OF BALDWYN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. The governing authorities of the City of Baldwyn, Mississippi, in their discretion, may contribute, from any available funds, an amount not to exceed Thirty-five Thousand Dollars ($35,000.00) per year during the calendar years 2001, 2002, 2003 and 2004 to the City of Baldwyn Chamber of Commerce or its named successor organization.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
