AN ACT TO REQUIRE THE MISSISSIPPI DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION TO ERECT AND MAINTAIN SIGNS ON AND ALONG THE RIGHTS-OF-WAY OF STATE HIGHWAYS INDICATING THE LOCATION OF AGRICULTURAL FARMING OPERATIONS; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain signs on and along the rights-of-way of highways under the jurisdiction of the Mississippi Transportation Commission indicating the location of agricultural farming operations.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
