FURTHER amend on lines 35 and 46 by striking "conservation" and inserting in lieu thereof "reforestation"

FURTHER amend lines 3 and 14 of the title by striking "CONSERVATION" and inserting in lieu thereof "REFORESTATION"

Further amend line 37 by striking "difference between" and inserting in lieu thereof "any decrease in"

Further amend line 39 by placing a period after the word easement, by striking the remainder of such line and by striking line 40 in its entirety.
