AMENDMENT No. 1 PROPOSED TO
Senate Bill NO. 3337
By Representative(s) Committee
Amend by striking all after the enacting clause and inserting in lieu thereof the following:
SECTION 1. The governing authorities of the City of Collins, Mississippi, in their discretion, are authorized to contribute up to a maximum amount of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00), from any available funds, during the calendar year 2000 to the Veterans Memorial Museum, Incorporated.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
