AMEND on line 40 by deleting the language beginning with the word "Division" through the period on line 41 and inserting the following: "Administrative Office of Courts to be used, upon appropriation by the Legislature, for funding salaries, fringe benefits and office allowances provided for under Sections 43-21-123, 9-1-36 and 9-9-11."

AMEND FURTHER the title by deleting line 5 in its entirety and the word "PROGRAM" on line 6 and inserting the following: "THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE OF COURTS FOR FUNDING SALARIES, FRINGE BENEFITS AND OFFICE ALLOWANCES FOR YOUTH COURT PERSONNEL"
