AMEND on line 205 by inserting the following after the period: "The term of each service contract shall not exceed thirty (30) days, unless the monitoring/servicing company has a monetary investment in the alarm system being used by the owner or lessor in which case the term of such contract shall not exceed two (2) years. Each service contract shall contain a provision providing that the contract shall terminate upon the sale or transfer of ownership of the alarm system."
