AMEND on lines 23, 29 and 38 by striking the following: "Local E911 providers and"

AMEND FURTHER on line 35 through 37 by striking everything after the period on line 35 through the period on line 37 and inserting in lieu there following: "Requests for release of records must be made in writing and must specify the information desired."

AMEND FURTHER on lines 39 through 41 by inserting a period after the word "procedures" and by striking everything after the word "procedures" on line 39 through the period on line 41 and inserting in lieu thereof the following: "Grievance procedures shall be published in a public place and copies shall be made available upon request."
