AMEND FURTHER on lines 37 and 312 by inserting after the word "pupils" the language "and teacher".

AMEND FURTHER on line 348 by inserting after the word "students" the language "and teacher".

AMEND FURTHER the TITLE on line 3 by inserting a comma after the word "SUSPEND", by deleting the word "OR" and by inserting after the word "EXPEL" the language "OR CHANGE THE PLACEMENT OF".
