AMEND after Line 246 by inserting the following:

"The board shall send a certified inspector to inspect the building or structure which is the subject of a complaint or the board may use a county certified building inspector from the county where the building or structure is located to inspect the building or structure which is the subject of a complaint. The report of the inspector shall be used in the investigation and the determination of the board. The complaining party shall pay the costs of such inspection unless disciplinary action is taken against the builder in which case the builder shall pay the costs of such inspection."

AMEND FURTHER on Line 215 by inserting the following after the word "reenacted": "and amended".

AMEND FURTHER the title to conform.
