AMEMD on lines 13 and 14 by striking everything after the period on line 13 through the comma on line 14 and by capitalizing the "A" in "any".

AMEND FURTHER on lines 16 and 17 by striking everything after the word "shall" on line 16 through the word "license" on line 17 and inserting the following: "be exempt from the fee imposed under this section."
