AMEND on Lines 21 through 24 by striking everything after the comma on Line 21 through the word "program" on Line 24 and inserting the following:

"to public high schools and community colleges that participate in Mississippi Construction Education Foundation's "school-to-work" program and state universities that have construction technology programs".

AMEND FURTHER on Line 48 by striking the words and figures "fifty percent (50%)" and inserting in lieu thereof the following: "seventy-five percent (75%)".

AMEND FURTHER the title to conform.
