AMEND line 8 by inserting after the word "building" the words "or structure"

AMEND FURTHER line 11 by inserting after the word "buildings" the words "and structures"

AMEND FURTHER by striking the language beginning on line 17 after the word "building" through the period on line 20 and inserting the following in lieu thereof: "or structure lawfully located on such property immediately before the effective date of this act."

AMEND FURTHER line 22 by striking the date "July 1, 2000" and inserting the following in lieu thereof: "its passage"

AMEND FURTHER the title to conform.
