AMEND line 8 by inserting after the word "building" the words "or other structure"

AMEND FURTHER line 11 by inserting after the word "buildings" the words "and structures"

AMEND FURTHER by striking the sentence beginning on line 18 through the period on line 20 and inserting the following in lieu thereof: "Silos, buildings and structures designed for agricultural use, * * * churches and any building or structure constructed or to be constructed on property that, on the effective date of this act, is owned by a public school district and used for educational purposes are exempted from the application of this section."

AMEND FURTHER line 22 by striking the date "July 1, 2000" and inserting in lieu thereof the date "its passage"

AMEND FURTHER the title to conform.
