REPORT OF CONFERENCE COMMITTEE
MR. PRESIDENT AND MR. SPEAKER:
We, the undersigned conferees, have had under consideration the amendments to the following entitled BILL:
S. B. No. 3242: Appropriation; Finance & Admin. Consol.
We, therefore, respectfully submit the following report and recommendation:
1. That the House recede from its Amendment No. 1.
2. That the Senate and House adopt the following amendment:
Amend as follows:
Line 9: Delete $ 14,875,799.00; insert $ 15,173,449.00
Line 16: Delete $ 16,369,683.00; insert $ 16,401,341.00
Line 50: Delete $ 14,545,908.00; insert $ 14,547,420.00
Insert new Section 13 and renumber subsequent sections, said Section to read as follows:
SECTION 13. The following sum, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby reappropriated out of any money in the State
General Fund not otherwise appropriated, to the Department of Finance and Administration for the purpose of reauthorizing the expenditure of State General Funds, as authorized in Senate Bill 3125, Regular Session of 1999, for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2000, and ending June 30, 2001 $ 500,000.00.
Notwithstanding the amount reappropriated under the
provisions of this section, in no event shall the amount expended exceed the unexpended balance as of June 30, 2000.
