REPORT OF CONFERENCE COMMITTEE
MR. PRESIDENT AND MR. SPEAKER:
We, the undersigned conferees, have had under consideration the amendments to the following entitled BILL:
S. B. No. 2600: Marine Resources; create beach erosion and channel maintenance program (DMR).
We, therefore, respectfully submit the following report and recommendation:
1. That the Senate concur in House Amendment No. 1 with the following exception:
AMEND line 43 by striking the following section in its entirety and renumbering subsequent section accordingly
:
SECTION 5. This act shall stand repealed on July 1, 2001.
