REPORT OF CONFERENCE COMMITTEE
MR. PRESIDENT AND MR. SPEAKER:
We, the undersigned conferees, have had under consideration the amendments to the following entitled BILL:
S. B. No. 2088: MS Small Business Assistance Act; increase the amount that may be issued as grants for loans.
We, therefore, respectfully submit the following report and recommendation:
1. That the House recede from its Amendment No. 1.
2. That the Senate and House adopt the following amendment:
AMEND lines 71 and 72 by striking the underlined language and inserting in lieu thereof "Twenty Million Dollars ($20,000,000.00)".
FURTHER amend line 125 by striking the word "and" after the word "Committee" and inserting in lieu thereof a comma.
FURTHER amend on line 126 after the word "Committee" by inserting "and DECD".
FURTHER amend on line 129 by striking "15" in both places and inserting in lieu thereof "30" in both places.
FURTHER amend line 167 by striking the underlined language and inserting in lieu thereof "Thirty-two Million Dollars ($32,000,000.00)".
FURTHER amend line 5 of the title by changing "$4,000,000.00" to "$3,000,000.00".
FURTHER amend line 8 of the title by changing "$33,000,000.00" to "$32,000,000.00".
