REPORT OF CONFERENCE COMMITTEE
MR. SPEAKER AND MR. PRESIDENT:
We, the undersigned conferees, have had under consideration the amendments to the following entitled BILL:
H. B. No. 1652: Appropriation; State Board of Medical Licensure.
We, therefore, respectfully submit the following report and recommendation:
1. That the Senate recede from its Amendment No. 1.
2. That the House and Senate adopt the following amendment:
AMEND by striking lines 10 through 30 and inserting in lieu thereof the following:
June 30, 2001 $ 1,782,571.00.
SECTION 2. Of the funds appropriated under the provisions of Section 1, not more than the amounts set forth below shall be expended for the respective major objects or purposes of expenditure:

AMEND FURTHER by adding the following new SECTION 3 after line 57 and renumbering succeeding sections:
SECTION 3. Of the funds appropriated in Section 1 and allocated in Section 2 in the Major Objects of Expenditure category "Capital Outlay: Equipment," Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00) shall only be expended to purchase one (1) additional vehicle if legislation is passed during the 2000 Regular Session authorizing the State Board of Medical Licensure to have one (1) additional vehicle.
